"The level of service at this place has dropped dramatically. The workers blatantly lie and do not prepare orders, then they issue a refund which you have to wait for at least a couple of days. I don't think the problem is in the economy, the problem is in management. Guys, there are a lot of restaurants, pizzerias and gas stations around you. With the attitude you have had towards your clients for the last year, you are losing your brand."
"The service was horrible. If my husband didn't call out to the second worker, we wouldn't have been waited on at all. I ordered a sherbet cooler (which is a widely advertised item in the store) and the woman had no idea how to make it. She barely said two words to us. No trying to upsale anything or tell us about any deals. I normally wouldn't be so critical but being a former employee of Stewart's, I know the standards that the district managers want, and this place wasnt it. The one woman was in sweats and her shirt was messy while the other one was clearly inconvenienced by us being there. We will never visit there again."
