"The first time I ordered biscotti a few months back I was blown away by the flavors and textures. This time, the biscotti was cut a lot thicker and it was significantly drier and more bland than when I first ordered. Very disappointed as they certainly aren’t cheap! I’m not sure if I will buy again. I don’t know what happened but it seems like there was a formula change EDIT: Updating my review to 5 stars because the owner, Bruno, was kind enough to reach out to me with concerns and he sent me a replacement which happened to taste 100% better than what I received initially. Kudos to Bruno for taking action and caring enough to make for a better customer experience and satisfaction."

"We have ordered frequently from the Biscotti Company over the past 2 years and are always exceptionally pleased with the varying seasonal and always standard classic flavors. Just tried the fig, walnut, and chocolate biscotti with our recent order and although not a fig fan, it was great. My favorites are the Cherry Chocolate biscotti and the Cranberry Pistachio biscotti. They have gluten free selections and are quick to get the orders out. The biscotti are always well packaged so they arrive intact and not damaged through shipment. Prices are very attractive for this level of taste and quality and they make great Hannakuh or Christmas gifts. Keep it up guys - keep baking!"

"I received my package from The Biscotti Company ! loving with 2 Cookie bosses my mom and my aunt i really had to see what the rave was all about ! The Crispy flavourful pumpkin spice and almond were so flavorfull and my pallet was in awwww ! OMG 10/10 they we’re so fresh and so crispy and so yummy !! I can honestly say i would buy before making them :) These are the best freshest biscotti i have ever had :) yummyyyyy!!!"
