"Love it! I come here after my workout at LA Fitness sometimes. Such a convenience, I can walk over. Service and drinks are astounding! I recently tried the spicy dragonfruit, did not disappoint! (Coming from a korean) became one of my usuals"

"ATTN PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE LOVERS: It is March 2024, and the drink is still available at this store. Even the Pumpkin Spice Flavored Sauce is for sale in a half a gallon container. Service was quick, and staff were friendly."

"If you cannot handle the timeline or stress of mobile order then please turn off the function at times of high volume. I have waited 30+ minutes for my drink on multiple occasions since this Starbucks opened and you can tell that everyone else waiting is equally annoyed. I genuinely feel bad for the employees because they are so understaffed and newer so clearly struggling to keep up with the demand. I learned of this Starbucks opening from a sign in the North Babylon Deer Park Ave Starbucks about a month ago... leads me to believe that the owners are the same. If this is the case you should think about transferring some of the staff from the N Babylon location over to the BayShore one. I have been going to the N Babylon one for years and they are always timely, organized and quick. Just a suggestion because the difference between the two in terms of service is dramatic and I feel bad for those working in Bay Shore...."

"Do not even go here. I asked for a Venti sugar-free vanilla latte breve I got a grande nonfat skinny which has sugar in it so I asked them to remake the drink and I’m pretty sure they just brought the drink in the back and gave me the same drink because I get violently ill from the sugar and I drink it and I have been so sick And I’m lucky I didn’t have to go to the hospital. There was not one aspect of the drink that they got correct not only that, but the young girl who took my order, was annoyed and angry at me when I asked her to remake it, and I told her I have a condition where I can’t have the sugar. Otherwise I would’ve just drank it and not complained. This is absolutely the worst location you could go to. They do not care about the health of their customers. They are rude. What if I had an already paid for my drink I would’ve just drove off and I normally don’t complain about anything."

"The workers at this Starbucks are so rude. I ordered an iced matcha latte with cold foam and when they told me they ran out of cold foam. When I asked for a refund on the cold foam she rolled her eyes and her coworker told her to just make it for me. I was confused because she told me they ran out. When they gave me the drink I tasted it and it was whipped cream on top. Cold foam and whipped cream have a different consistency and taste so I knew. I went back inside and asked a coworker for a spoon to take off the whipped cream kindly. She took my drink and then whispered to the lady that made my drink and said “she’s saying it’s whipped cream” talking as if they got caught. The worker that made my drink came over to me and said “this is cold foam and not whipped cream.” My friend said I saw you use the whipped cream can and make the swirl and she said that how we make it and it comes out differently every time. I have had cold foam at the Starbucks in my town multiple times and it has never tasted or been made like that. The worker tried to gaslight me and tell me it’s whipped cream all over a $1 refund. If they said it would take a while I would have said to keep the dollar for a tip but there’s no way she is getting a tip now. No worker should ever lie to their customer about what is going into their drink. What if I couldn’t have whipped cream and had an allergic reaction. This was a ridiculous situation and I will never go back to this Starbucks again! Many people have had similar occurrences to me so it is not okay that this keeps happening. Starbucks, get better workers in Bay Shore!"
