"OPENED LATE(after 9am) DIRTY -Bathroom was a disgrace; no toilet paper, no soap, no paper towels dispenser or hand dryer. Garbages were overflowing Nothing swept or mopped 3 workers behind counter, 1 working No Manager"
"Went in to get a bagel twist with cream cheese. At first they told me they can not put the cream cheese inside the bagel twist so I requested it on the side which they forgot to give me when getting my order . I let them know they forgot to give me the side of cream cheese they told me they didn’t charge it so I asked them for a side of cream cheese which they then tried to charge me $2 for just a side of cream cheese. Lack of customer service in this location they should really go through another training to better assist future customers."
"The only reason why I go to Dunkin is because there aren't any other coffee places around. The coffee is always sour and it tastes like it's been sitting for about a week. The food is glorified freezer section food and offers nothing of value. The only thing saving this is that Baskin Robbins is pretty good, but they get my order wrong half the time. Good thing I don't have any allergies or they're a lawsuit waiting to happen."
"The girl at the front was very nice! My experience inside the store was pleasant. Please be careful taking your orders please! I asked for two hot coffees this morning one with sugar and one without. Being a diabetic the one without sugar was obviously for me. There was sugar in both. Although it was only a small taste, the sugar in the coffee caused a sugar spike, and I had to go home! Please make sure your employees get their orders right because something like I just described could send someone to the hospital and that means trouble.This came after I told the girl up front I didn't want sugar in one of my coffees at least five times. Thank you management!"
