"Home to literally the nastiest Starbucks employees ever. I have never seen a more rude group of people in my life and I have been to Starbucks locations all over the country. To add insult to injury, they can’t even make the drinks right. Brown sugar shaken espresso is never shaken it’s just poured into the cup which is mostly filled to the top with ice. Do yourself a favor and go to the Islip or East Islip locations. You will have a better drink and better experience."
"Emma this child here should not bring her personal problems to work especially when engaging with customers. No I understand. She may not have been who made the caramel ribbon crunch wrap but if I asked for any alterations, you need not give me a response of being bothered. I feel that is not the brand that Starbucks puts forth. Hopefully this review reaches the right management and they address the situation accordingly. When you are in a position where you deal with Public, no matter what’s going on in your personal life always be a professional. Unfortunately she lacks a lot of professionalism and diplomacy. I will return some other time to see if her demeanor has changed. Even from the drive-through before seeing her I felt her energy. It’s crazy that you can sit up here and have a derogatory unwelcoming demeanor from an intercom box (the thing where you place your order). Hopefully this matter will get addressed and resolved!"
