"Husband’s order was two basic bagels. Woman behind the counter literally forgot about the order. Bagels were asked to be lightly buttered and cream cheese - and neither were. If we weren’t in a rush, and going to be away from food source for several hours, we would have just left. Will NOT be returning."

"Tried bnb this summer and had one of the best blts ever. The portions were just right and the tomato was perfect. Never had a repeat. Today’s bec was the last straw. I always assumed ( I know) bec meant two eggs. Look at the pictures. Terrible portions one egg. Paying almost 11 dollars for a bec and a plain bagel is ridiculous for a sloppy sandwich."
"Bagels were great but my 5 stars is mainly based on the home fries. My fave deli home fries. They have just enough kick to them. I am not a fan of just tasting ketchup in the potatoes. Home fries should have a kick that compliments the potato and onion. The spice level is perfect and the hint of rosemary isn’t overpowering."
"I ordered on Uber Eats for breakfast. I got a hungry man hero and half a dozen bagels. Unfortunately the order was for home fries on the side of the hero but they came on the hero. I called and advised them of this and they came and brought a new hero and even brought a new coffee. Outstanding customer service and the food was good too. I will definitely be getting from here again."
