"I loved the Panera near my home. It had a fireplace and soft club chairs near it. It was my Sunday treat to order food and sit in one of those chairs in front of the warm friendly fireplace. The staff were always friendly, and I always felt comfortable and at ease...it was a wonderful place to relax....that was before the covid crisis..."

"progresso soup with industrial full of chemicals bread. food was awful and service sub-par with most tables dirty. sadly many of these places now focus on online orders with little to no attention to eat in customers. ordering food with the available tablets is slow, non intuitive at best. It does take a some time to order “food”."

"After getting my order wrong while I was there the manager, Rene pulled me to the side because he said that I owed more money the cashier did it incorrectly. So I pay the difference got all the way home to find that the sandwich was absolutely not what I ordered. There’s nothing more frustrating than this. Do you think he would’ve checked the entire order since the cashier got the first part of the order incorrect? extremely frustrating I would never go back here. This is not the first I’ve had a problem here the one on 347 in Nesconset is the best one around"

"Ordered lunch through the Panera app for pick up. The ordered was processed very quickly and they got it correct. Walked it and picked it up right at the front pick up area. I got the chicken Caesar salad and my wife got the sandwich salad combo. The salad was a good size and the chicken was good. Would have liked more dressing than the two little cups provided but overall it was a good experience"
