"I went to Strathmore Bagels looking for a Bagel with Cream Cheese. John Henrey greeted me made me a fresh pot of Decaffeinated coffee at closing time, and a Delicious Bagel garlic, with a big shmere of fluffy cream cheese! I sat there and enjoyed every bite of this marvelous Bagel and coffee from Heaven. Thank you for the no rush at closing time."

"This was my last trip ever to this establishment. Wanted to place an order and was ignored and skipped over, this was the same treatment each time I went. If they don’t want to serve me then I take my business elsewhere. The food is good but it’s not worth the service and treatment."

"Bagel store is horrible we used to go here every Sunday and that’s not happening anymore since it cost $28.00 for two egg sandwiches and a bagel and we waited 30 min for our food and then to top it all off we get in the car and checked our food because they have messed up a simple sandwich before and of course the food was not right. So we bring it back in to get it fixed and they couldn’t even be bothered to put the sausage on the sandwich they put it in foil and handed it to us. NEVER AGAIN the bagel store by Walmart is way better do your self a favor and go there and avoid a headache."

"Lighty toasted, with butter should not look burnt with a gallon of butter leaking thru the wrap, soaking the brown bag and staining the seat of my car. 2nd day in a row I went to this bagel shop and recieved a burnt un edible bagel. Used to come here on a daily when I lived here but the quality just went down I assume. This is ridiculous."
