"Lady who took my order was rude. She ignored me when I went to add stuff to my order and went in the back to cook. She rung someone up with the same gloves she handled cash with. Then when I paid handed my card back with the same gloves on. Had egg and bacon juice on my card. Expensive too and it doesn't come with a coffee or juice! Sorry, last time coming here."

"The customer service experience was okay the one lady kept referring to me as a boy, but after working 16 hrs…. I just wanted my food the sandwich was good but the wait time is a little extensive. Please change your gloves once you handle money, and even after making someone else’s order because a lot of people have food allergies and cross contamination is a thing."

"Got to the deli at 2:50PM and door was locked but the open sign was. We called and they took our order but the grouchy woman behind the counter was very nasty and her attitude was the worse. They said they closed at 3PM but google said 4PM. While my food was good the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be going back to this deli for sure."

"This place sucks every time i been there, just convenient to stop at. Got 2 bagels and scallion cream cheese and it was $9.23, and their version of toasted DARK is the INSIDE of the bagel is black and the outside ISNT EVEN TOASTED. Come on yo this is long island all them locations should know how bagels should be! Tf is this?"

"Friendly staff. They happen to have “Holiday Cream Cheese” I highly recommend it! It’s a subtle peppermint flavor. So good on a bagel. They also have pretzels regular shaped and candy cane shaped."
