I have enjoyed her chocolate flourless cakes, salted caramel squares, pumpkin mousse, carrot cake, at birthday parties, special events and the Bungalow bar. It’s rare to find gluten-free desserts that don’t taste gluten-free. Marianne is a perfectionist, a little raspberry jam on the side of a flourless chocolate cake that is topped with powdered sugar, heaven!"
