"Employees allowing themselves to literally scream at customers. No more comments on that. And the coffee is also watered down to save the cost! I understand that line employees don’t care if a regular customer will come back or not, or that they have an impact on customer with customer service or lack of it, but there are basic manners of communications which some employees at this store do not know how to follow at all. Such a disappointment."
