"I would give zero stars if I could. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The employees were rude, angry and made my order incorrectly and they have the nerve to display a tip jar. Tips are earned not freely given. Terrible service. Will not return to this location."

"Staff here are very rude I was indecisive between munchkins and a donut…I asked for a munchkin first then I said donut but I guess he didn’t heard me and charged me for a munchkin…you think it would be fine just give me a refund and charge me for a donut… no the man who took my order argued me down and got really aggressive with me and called me a liar and raised his voice at me and I wasn’t even upset…he kept saying I said chocolate munchkin even so if I did said chocolate munchkins why did you give me 1 chocolate and 2 glazed ? The interaction has scared to come back into this store and would not recommend."

"Don’t expect to get anything you actually want. I keep giving this location a chance and they keep making me feel the way I’ve always felt. This place is better off just being a hot coffee and donut place only. It’s not worth coming here at all. If you want Dunkin’ go to the one on Empire near Prospect Park."

"I love this location on Livingston St. It's always service with a smile. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the sausage egg and cheese empanadas. The flaky crust melts in your mouth. You will love it at first bite"

"10 AM in the morning, and the customer service was horrible. As I am trying to order the lady was barely behind the counter taking my order. I asked when she came back oh I forgot and politely asked if I can I have almond milk? she procced to say you have to pay.... I knew but I already paid for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and an iced Carmel latte that was $11.30. they charged me for a sausage that was $1.80, which was supposed to be for almond milk! As I wait for my food, they tell me there was no bacon, so I asked can I just have a butter bagel . They put cream chesses and I settle again and ask if I can have jelly packets and they lady comes back rude ask saying.... You have to pay for jelly! I said miss how, If I basically just downsized the sandwich, i just am asking for jelly or a jelly packet! she starts yelling over me talking! and I was like can I finish talking! I begin to explain she cuts me off again and was like I have to pay for it ! So i just left so Horrible ! worst DUNKIN experience ever !"
