"The best views of Manhattan Bridge, luxurious experience and wonderful service! The inside area has bar and tables seating areas. Our hostess Jalene was very lovely and hospitable, our waitress was super nice too. The oyster mushroom bao was delicious (and filling, comes in 2 buns) and my friend enjoyed a Dumbo roll. The cocktails are above $24 but the prosecco was only $15 (and decent). Later we went up to the open air rooftop and enjoyed the views and chill vibes. An amazing place and must visit when you are in Dumbo area."

"visited March 2024 Come for the view, stay because you haven't hit your $75/person minimum. We didn't have an issue hitting the $75/person min with the high prices. The view is amazing, the drinks are tasty, and the food is pretty good too. The prices are reasonable for an upscale cocktail bar with a view. The one problem with the bar is that it's way too dark to even see the menu. Would certainly go again."

"Harriet’s lounge has a special place in my heart as I proposed here. We had lovely service and they worked around the weather giving us the private room since the rooftop was unavailable. The drinks are very good and the food is solid - expect to pay New York prices but for the view and the experience it is definitely worth it. We’ve been back a few times. Only thing I would recommend/critique - make sure you get an actual table as there is a corner of a bench on the roof that is a “table” but half your bottom is falling off as there’s not enough to sit on."
