"Great very popular bakery.i have gotten most things on the menuand really enjoy most of the things I have gotten. the plain croissant is pretty good but nothing mind blowing. i like their almond croissants a lot though. the baguettes are also really tasty but my favorite thing is thr chocolate chip cookies, so give them a try.i had their latte but honestly was pretty bad,, I would not get their drinks again. i also got their mini croissant cereal that was rrally good but definitely overpriced. You also have to show up around opening if you want to try it since they only make a limited amount and they sell out relatively fast.overall a great bakery and would definitely recommend but a tad expensive and long lines on the wekends keep it from being really great."

"Reserved a table for two at L’Appartement’s wine bar for my birthday and pleasantly enjoyed not only my meal, but the total ambience of the space. With natural lighting from candles, the space feels very cozy and a little up-scale. For dinner, my sister and I both ordered the tomato galette with the green salad. The salad was pretty decent, though it did have a bit of a stronger taste from something, perhaps the dressing / olive oil. The tomato galette was the star of the show truly. The buttery and flaky crust paired with the tomato made for an enjoyable bite. Eating a bite of this with the salad made for a pretty decent meal. And because we were celebrating our birthday, we were given two desserts on the house. For my dessert I had the cookie sundae, and it wqs delicious! The salt in the cookie paired perfectly with the sweet of the ice cream and was just amazing. Definitely one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve had! I took a bite of my sister’s mousse and it was pretty salty, and not very sweet at all. So, if you like saltier treats, this may be the one for you. Overall, we both enjoyed our time at L’Apèro and look forward to our next visit!"

"Pricey, but great tasting croissant. I went at 9AM on a Monday and they had everything in stock. Their croissants (4.5/5) was very good, easily top 3 in NYC maybe behind La Bicyclette. It is a little too flakey for my liking. The ham and cheese croissant was excellent (4.5/5). The cinnamon roll (5/5) was DIVINE: get this! The cream cheese frosting was creamy and tasty, and the cinnamon flavor was just right: warm and earthy without being overpowering. The almond croissant was okay (4/5)."

"I understand the hype. The flavored croissants were great but the plain was just okay. There was a line but it went pretty quick. If you haven’t been definitely worth a visit. The place was clean and the staff were efficient keeping the line moving."

"Lived up to the hype, I enjoyed the bakery items more than the coffee. The chocolate chip cookie tasted very homemade and delicious. The raspberry almond croissant was amazing. I don’t love the rose syrup and definitely will skip that in my coffee next time - just personal preference though! Employees were nice and they kept the line moving along. Ample seating in the upstairs area!"
