"Good bakery. A bit of a hole in the wall but with an attentive staff member. She shared ideas on her favorites and they were all pretty good. We ended up having the peach cheesecake - loved it. We had a certain babka too, which we also enjoyed."

"The Napoleon here is simply magnificent! I highly recommend giving it a try. What sets them apart is their conservative use of sugar, resulting in desserts that aren't overly sweet, allowing you to appreciate the other ingredients—an uncommon trait in many other bakeries. Also prices are very reasonable."

"Been here twice and the staff is so kind every time. Delicious poppy cake and most recently discovered this loaf cake that's a mix of marble/poppy with a cherry filling in the center. So good. I wish it were closer to me but at least it's right off the G train station."

"I got two things here, a butter bun and half bread-pudding-like triangle dessert (according to the staff.) The butter bun is big, soft and buttery enough. I made my fried fish burger with it. The dessert I got has a slice of cake as the base, then layers of soggy puffs, cream and berry jam in it which is mushy and has no texture. Overall 4 stars after considering the price!"

"Decent prices, although some stuff is quite expensive. I had a Cherry Cheese Danish ($2.75) which wasn’t so great, but worth the money I guess. The filling was only in one spot and the dough itself was very dry. Customer service deserves one star. This was my first time there and the girls asked me about million times if I’m ready to order with the look “hurry up”, but she was very sweet and smile with her coworker. Lots of items looked interesting but I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back."
