"There's are 2 lines a order and pick up line. If u pre order b4 and enter this dunking dounts for the first time u would never know this because the pick sign (as seen in pic below) faces the opposite direction. Once u get to the pick up line u realize they just leave your order laying on the counter unattended where anyone can touch it which is unsanitary in the covid era. The employees have the all too familiar IDGAF attitudes as if their doing u a favor. Horrible representation"
