"Aside from our driver, Henry, being great this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a driving service. Malik is beyond inappropriate and unprofessional - trying to take advantage of drunk customers that use his company as the safer option. First, I was given a van that barely fit 12 people that was apparently for 14 people - thank god we weren’t a full party. Now he is lying about the time we got back to our end destination and then when I called him out for it with proof of our arrival time and he replied with “you’re just drunk, you can’t read”. Absolutely disgusting way for someone to speak to a client, I would never ever recommend this company to anyone."

"My experience was excellent. My driver dressed professionally and exhibited professional behavior. His car was more spacious than I expected and arrived clean. I appreciated that he kept the music and talking to a minimum but was still kind when we spoke. I traveled with an infant car seat and he was helpful and patient when installing it and taking it out for me. I would definitely book again!"

Rocky is a stellar human being and we had one of the best conversations that I've had in a very long time. His driving was flawless and because of his intellect and strong communication skills, the trip flew by. It was, by far, my very favorite trip I've ever had with someone who started as a stranger but ended as a friend."

"Lovely company with great drivers and customer service. Booked a quick and easy trip back home to NYC. Our driver Christian was really friendly, respectful, helpful, and a great driver. Be aware that there are a lot of fees added to any quote for admin services, credit card processing, etc. which I thought was a bit much, but it’s the Hampton’s so… it’s all at a premium."

"The driver was great. The trip just awful. I feel I should have been advised to leave earlier. We didn’t take the highway we took another path. Horrible roads, awful ride. Non of this was the drivers fault. He did his best but, I was much later than I anticipated and consequently had to rush for my flight, no time to shop or visit the BA lounge for a glass of champagne. Again. This is not the drivers fault. The dispatcher should have corrected the time I anticipated. I would have been thrilled to have the advice. Your dispatcher was at fault. My ride, because of it only adequate."
