"Reasonable Rates. Professional yet laid back home like feeling. Thank you Dawn! You were a pleasure to work with. Even with a room full of people you took the time to help answer all my questions and treated each customer with the same respect. My only complaint would be ( not for me ) that there should be more people there to assist. Dawn was perfectly capable of handling the packed room by herself but should she have to? The people in the waiting room that day were very patient and understanding but I'm sure that's not always the case and is unfair to the one person trying to help that many people. With all that being said, I would use Budget again. It was worth the wait."
"Received the van in filthy condition. Had to wipe it down so that it was decent. Within an hour of driving the moving van, the exhaust pipe falls off. I called roadside assistance and was told that I would be contacted when someone was assigned to my case. Two hours have passed and I have not received any call back. I am in a not so safe area, with all my cargo, and can’t even get a call back. I was also told that if I abandoned the vehicle I would be charged a tow truck fee. In the attached photos my dad is trying to get the lodged and fallen exhaust pipe from out from under the vehicle. It’s been three hours and no one has come to help us."
"Absolutely dirt. Stopped in before rental time to ask if car would be available and asked what I needed to have with me. Told, just drivers license and credit card. They had plenty of cars. When I arrived and presented credit card I was advised they didn't take Chime cards. My only actual Visa credit card. Went to Enterprise and they were happy to do business with a Chime card. Never using anyone other than Enterprise. Budget sucks."
