"This past weekend my wife and I had our best car buying experience in the last 30 yrs. My 2021 Volvo lease was ending and I was looking for my next Volvo. After going to the original dealer we just were not being treated well or responded to. I tried 3 other Volvo dealers on Long Island again all bad typical car dealer tactics being tried. And then we went to Empire Volvo in Smithtown. This is a 5 star dealer in all aspects. From the moment we were greeted by our sales representative Lana we knew this could be different. What very often can be a stressful process became a positive experience. Lana was absolutely the best. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Volvo meet with her and rest of the staff. Keith was just as great to help finalize the deal and handle all the paperwork. That process was done quickly and efficiently it was so appreciated. And of course Maria was great in going through the car details. We will be back for our next Volvo with Lana and Empire as soon as that time comes."

"This was the best experience with a car dealership I have had. I traveled for 11 hours to NYC to buy a car from another dealership. After arriving at the dealership, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Thankfully, with a short google search, I found this dealership with the exact car I was looking for. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. After a short phone call from the other dealership’s parking lot with Empire Volvo, they held the car for us to be able to drive the 2 hours to their dealership. They were completely friendly and upfront from the beginning on the amount for my trade in and the amount for the Honda Pilot. We arrived at around 5:30, and they closed at 7. They were so great to work with we come to a great price for the car and my trade in, and they stayed till almost 9:30 that night to finish the deal so we didn’t have to drive back the next day because we had a hotel in New Jersey already booked which is 2 hours away from the dealership. They even called us back on Monday to check to make sure everything with the car was great and if we needed anything to please feel free to call them. I can’t thank them enough for this great experience, and I love the car. It’s a 2021 Honda Pilot SE in great shape and low miles. I love the car so much."
