"My wife and I had put a deposit on a 2018 Outlander GT at another dealer, The next day I saw an add from Smith Haven for the same car for $1000 less. We went to check it out and spoke to Joe Collocola, we asked him what the car would cost everything included ( tax, prep, DMV etc.). Within 5 minutes we had an answer, no run around. Yes, it would be more than $1000 less we learned. We took a look around the lot just to see what else was available and saw a 2016 GT with only 6,800 miles on it. It was like brand new, not a scratch, dent or ding and no body repairs. It also had everything we wanted. When I asked Joe what they were asking , we couldn't say we wanted fast enough, he supplied us with an updated & clean carfax report ( there was also one in the car). What a deal we thought we were getting and we were, I had 35 years in the auto industry so I did research. We did all the paperwork and scheduled to pick it up in 2 days at noon. I might also mention, Joe's attitude and friendliness did not change when we told him we decided we wanted something a lot less money than we originally were going to spend. We arrived at noon on that day, the car was cleaned, shined, ready and had a full tank of gas. Tyler the finance officer was great, he had all paperwork ready to sign and didn't pressure us to buy "extras" , He does go through various optional coverage and other things for your car but doesn't do the high pressure thing.The price and payments were as promised. We also got 2 free oil changes and lifetime inspections! We were done in less than an hour and were driving our "new" car home. WE LOVE IT! Joe and Tyler went ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS and we couldn't be happier at this point. I will be recommending Smith Haven to everyone looking for a new car. Thank You everyone!!"

"My experience at Smith Haven Mitsubishi was nothing short of exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Bill Brienza, who provided a surprising leasing experience with my 2017 Outlander Sport LE. His personality and communicative nature lends itself to a enjoyable transaction; one where the customer feels comfortable, at ease and is infected by his wonderful sense of humor. When it came to numbers, Bill was transparent throughout the whole process; which, is not common when leasing a vehicle. I gave him a number and he came under my budget! Overall, it took him about 5 minutes to work the numbers. This means that there was absolutely no back and forth with the price. To say the least, I was shocked. I originally leased a Jeep Patriot in 2014, with a MSRP about 5 grand under my Outlander Sport, and the Jeep leasing payment was actually higher than my new Outlander AND I put more money down on the Jeep. Moreover, he came in on his day off to ensure that my vehicle was prepped properly and so that he could introduce me to its features. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with my experience at Smith Haven Mitsubishi. Surely, I will be returning in 36 months to either buy out my lease or jump into a new one! "I've leased two cars from this dealer and have used their service department for the last 6 years. If I can get another good deal, I will probably lease from them again, but I will definitely bring whatever car I end up with back to their service department for my maintenance. Not only are they honest with the work, but the employees are so nice. I always enjoy chatting with Corrine and Tyler while the work is being done on my car. Usually in and out in 20 minutes. I was happy to hear they service all models, not just Mitsubishi and Mazda."
