"Ok experience, good negotiations, horrible follow ups. Financing was alright, they will put add ons to your financing, like warranty and extra fees, first term they brought was with third party warranty included which added a little under $95 to monthly payment, as well as a Doc Fee and Car prep fee, I needed to ask Johnes the sales rep for break down of cost since numbers weren’t making sense, he had to call back to financing to make sense of it himself. At the end, I got closer to the term and payment I was looking for, after add ons were taken off. And the finance team gave me some breaks on there fees. I’ve had the car for 3 months and it’s driving well, some transmission lag, but when buying a used car expect 1 or 2 repairs. At 3 months after buying car I still have not received my license plates and am still on a temp tag that is now 2 month expired, there titling department is hard to reach and the sales rep I worked with is no help. Front desk will tell you to wait for call back or leave you on hold for 20 minutes+. The important thing is that the car is running well so far, if the review was based on that alone it would be 5 stars, but as for the dealership, communication and follow ups. I would hardly give them a 2."
