"Omg, I wish I read the comments here before going! Can confirm the old lady who worked on me was extremely rude, yelling at me when I asked booking related questions. The only reason I didn’t yell back and behaved myself despite her awful manners was her old age. Even her younger colleague looked embarrassed over such behavior but didn’t say a thing. I also got a bigger and more fuel hungry car than I originally booked and got yelled at again for asking why. Overall, their customer service is extremely lacking in manners, and the car fuel cost exceeded my budget because I was given a different car. So, I would not recommend this place at all, avoid it at all costs and go somewhere else!"

"They don’t understand how a reservation works. We reserved a 4 door sedan and instead got a 7 seater. The car was disgusting inside and smelled like an ashtray. Didn’t care to address the issues"

"TERRIBLE. first of all, the place is a dump. They would not let me rent a car due to a bad credit check - meanwhile, I was paying both deposit and total in full with my bank account/debit card. This is a RIDICULOUS policy. There were 2 women, one older and one younger. The older woman was so RUDE and unprofessional. Taking an Uber to work is probably a better idea than bothering with these people. You get what you pay for. I decided to try Budget to save some money - I made arrangements to reserve with Enterprise. MUCH better option."

"The lady over the counter who took keys for my drop off charged me extra day even when I dropped off my car by time as per agreement. I even requested if she can acknowledge my exact time drop off , but she told I’m good because I dropped off keys by the time and still did additional charges . Avoid drop offs at this location."

"Trust the other reviews. The worst location budget has. The staff is rude. Washroom dirty. Was supposed to pick up the car at 8am. They didn't have it ready. Drove me to another location for picking up the car. Didn't have their seatbelt on, jumped two traffic lights. While they drove me to the other location, didn't let my copassengers wait inside the office. They had to stand outside in 40 degrees."
