"I recently purchased a new Kia Carnival here. The service was excellent during the purchase, but after the purchase, communication has been terrible. It's been two months, and I still haven't received my car plate. I've sent multiple text messages and made several calls, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. Moreover, a significant issue arose when the car broke down just two weeks after the purchase. I sent it to the service center, but it took a long time to repair, and the service was poor. We initially planned to buy another Carnival, but due to this experience, we will never purchase another one."

"be aware when purchasing a used vehicle Fette Kia I purchased a certified used Kia. For not even a year I had nothing but problems. It started from day one, I only put 4500 miles on it. Currently it’s in the shop for around a month. I tried working with everyone, including the general manager, unfortunately they are unable to help. I didn’t have any incidents with the vehicle and it was garage kept and cleaned every weekend. I purchased everything they pressed for Extended warranty service. Nothing but computer electronics problems. I put $25,000 down. I saved money for a long time and it’s hard earned cash over many years of trying to save that also includes trade-in, the people generally are nice except somethings really screwed up. I’m a nice person. I’ve been very nice to them, but they screwed me every step from day one of buying the vehicle. I worked with Joe who sold me the vehicle super nice guy and I’ve been very respectable. I was hoping that Fette Kia would do the right thing here. Brian, also a super nice person. And the general manager, nice guy his name is Chris but the bottom line I’ve been screwed. I got sold a Lemon. I have all the service records. I have everything that I’ve been calling over the past months over including videos. I even got the vehicle back that puts my family at risk the emergency break turn on whenever I stopped dashboard lights showing multiple errors. None of the safety features were working I had to call every day for them to take the vehicle back. They gave it to me worse, nobody ever called me back. I had to go into the dealership all the time because I didn’t get calls back not once I was ever disrespectful or screaming or yelling. I told him please do the right thing over and over please do the right thing they did they offered me 25,000 for my vehicles a trade in $25,000 loss to go into a new vehicle. They offered me nothing for that vehicle that they gave me that was a lemon. Nothing would make it or be fair as nice as everybody is they royally screwed me. I will never going do business with them and I hope , you could see this message and understand where somebody who has worked years to save money pretty much got stolen from me Think about it! they had the car for a month now I’ve came in there many times for it to have it serviced and it got worse and worse. If you have any questions or comments, contact me, I would gladly show you the evidence that I’ve recorded. They seem like they really care but at the end of the day I’m just a chump if you buy a used vehicle from them so are you they pretend they care but they don’t if you got screwed from a vehicle too bad. I was really disappointed leaving today. Maybe my vehicle will be ready tomorrow then we’ll see what happens next. When I got the vehicle back, none of the safety features ever worked. For example, the seatbelt indicator didn’t work The sunroof didn’t work and one of the worst things was the navigation was telling me that I was going in the wrong direction when it was wrong. Imagine if I listen to it I would’ve made a U-turn and go ahead onto traffic. They took this too lightly, none of the safety features were working in the car to keep me in my family safe, and they didn’t care, they showed me off like it’s just some service problem didn’t care that my kids were at for a long time. I have no other car. not only that this is something petty which I’m gonna mention they even left the wood block that they put the cars on the left and my car with fingerprints all over the windows that’s petty, but that’s from every aspect they failed me today showed me they didn’t care will get the car fixed wow after all these months, thanks for that. Just think I’m still making car payments, etc. on it. The frustration that’s been going on with this vehicle and my patience. It’s just not right now. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau Kia direct and social media. Maybe they’ll do something right for an honest person like myself , I’m not asking for anything for free."
