"There was a recall on my Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid that I had bought at Porsche Larchmont and I had to bring in my vehicle. They provided me a loaner as they said it would need to stay overnight. I received a text at 9:30am the next day and was told the car was ready for pickup but was in line for a car wash and that they would text me when it was ready. I waited all day and texted them at 4:30pm wondering if the car was done yet. They said the car wouldn’t be ready until after 5pm. Over 8 hours for a car wash? I brought back the loaner with the same amount of gas when given the car, as was requested of me. Unfortunately, I wasn't given the same courtesy. My gas was at half when I dropped off the car and I was given a car back with it nearly empty, not charged (hybrid vehicle), and over 100+ miles driven on it. It’s not about the money as I understand they needed to drive the car to reset the check engine light but at least put in some gas so I didn’t have to waste my time pumping gas twice (for the loaner and for my vehicle). I sent a text to the service manager alerting them that I was given my car back with no gas and they never responded. Not quite the ‘luxury’ service experience you would expect from Porsche."
