"I reached out to Lexus of Larchmont 6 months ago inquiring about the new IS. The manager of the dealership responded promptly and even had a salesperson "Robert (Bob) Pellecchia" reach out to me to provide more details about the car (whatever was available at the time), information on how the dealership operates, the ordering process etc. I was very surprised at the level of service, professionalism, attention to detail, and the attention I got overall. Throughout the process Bob was very informative and patient. In all our communications, I never felt rushed, hassled, pressured etc. We even got to discussing other cars, history etc. My greatest surprise though is that my order was placed right away and I was promised that the price of the car would not be marked up, nor would I be told the car is not available and instead sold to the highest bidder. A few days before my car arrived. I was contacted by "Isaac Apostolidis" who provided me information about the available packages and suggestions. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and did not hassle or pressure me. He was there to provide information, answer my questions and address all of my concerns. At the same time I worked with Bob in regards to financing. He did his best to get me the best rate with the banks the work with, however, the bank could not beat the rate from my credit union. There was not pressure or persuasion to go with the bank. Instead Bob asked my for the credit union information, wrote up the bill of sale and had every I need prepared to submit to my credit union no questions asked. Worked with me to get as much of the paperwork ready so all I had to do at delivery was sign and drive off in the sunset. As promised there was no markup and ridiculous dealer fees!! I stopped in last week to complete paperwork and take delivery of my car. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who promptly let Bob know I was there. It was the first time I meet him in person, but he was just as awesome in person as he was over 6 months of electronic and phone communication. In true Lexus style he offered coffee and whatever other amenities. One of the biggest surprised though is that Isaac came in on his day off to meet me and ensure that I was happy with my purchase before I drove off. Thanks Isaac. Bob took me to my car (Isaac met us there) so that I could inspect it for quite a while and then went back to his desk for paperwork. Once that was done I got introduced to Anthony who went through the car with me and demonstrated all the quirks and features. He did an awesome job. I only spent a few hours there because everyone took there time to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Compared to my past car buying experiences where it almost a day to drive of with a car if that, with all the bait and switching, haggling, intense pressure, disrespect, mind games etc. I know this is a lengthy post, but I just wanted to make sure that I expressed my gratitude for the kindness and warmth that was shared with me that made me feel like family. Never was I made to feel less than, second guessed, brushed off. Also, car sales personnel get a bad rap because of the acts of some bad apples, but I have to say at Lexus of Larchmont I had an incredible experience, my best car buying experience bar none and as a result I'll be a customer for life and refer all my family and friends. Thank you Bob, Isaac, Anthony and everyone else that played a part in my car buying experience!!!"
