"Salesmen and owner are great but finance manager Carol or Caroline is a absolutely and totally disrespectful and I can see from other reviews and the lengthy FB thread that is commonplace and has been going on for years. Our neighbor was an employee there for years and had to quit based off her abuse and that is what finally prompted me to write this review. Glad our loan was paid off last year and until she is gone we will never purchase a car from there which is unfortunate because Mohammed (owner) and salesmen Eric, Ruben, and Danny have always been great. Even when our credit was not stellar they always came through."
