"I’ve been to this airport a bunch, and I’ll never rent through anyone else. Folks are there are extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. There’s a guy up there, Jeff. Ask for him, he’ll get you in and out and on your way. If he’s not there- he’s probably out with an injury to his feet from standing on business for so long. If he’s not manager, he needs to be- deserves all the raises. Excellent to work with."

"We did arrive around midnight and encountered a long wait line over 30 minutes because only one counter person. But after checking we were directed to our vehicle which was clean and operated without any issues. The return was also fairly timely. Their prices were not the lowes or highest to be fair. But the overall experience was positive."

"We had to wait in line for 48 minutes!!! There were very few people to serve or process the rentals!!! So slow moving!! And they gave out car away!!!! We had to take a car we didn’t want!!!! Returns to the rental was easy though."

"Worse experience ever! The Avis preferred app says that you can skip the line if you're a preferred member, but there was no skipping the line since I had to wait for one hour and half and still all that for nothing! Mixed messages from counter and signs around the area. Only two people working on the counter with a long line, spending 15 min with each person and chatting! All that time spent waiting and in the end they told me they have no cars for same day reservation. The app confirmed my reservation but there was no communication whatsoever until I wasted an hour and half of my life waiting in this location. This is unexceptable at all! It shouldn't be this hard to get a car! This is 2024 people! I'm very furious with this whole experience! No accountability! No management! No customer service! 0 for overall experience!"

"We arrived into Buffalo after travelling for 30+ hours, it was late, it was dark and we wanted to get to our accommodation. There was a minor delay as it appeared a vehicle wasn’t ready. The gent assisting us was friendly and helpful though. We got our vehicle & got on our way. The following day we noticed the vehicle was absolutely filthy, inside and out. We’d paid good money to get a 6-7 seat vehicle and rented through Avis as they’re not a budget rental group. There was spilt food and drink on seats, in storage areas and cup holders, grease marks, filthy windows, dirt on carpets, seats and tracks, and the outside looked like it had been off-road. As we were due across the border first thing the next day, we weren’t able to follow this up immediately so we took photos. To reiterate, we paid a premium price for this rental and are very disappointed. We reported this when returning the vehicle and they advised they couldn’t assist, that we needed to contact via this. I do expect a response."
