Our signature pulled pork is a labor of love, smoked to perfection for 13 hours over apple wood until it's tender enough to melt in your mouth. We take our burgers seriously, sourcing fresh meat daily and grilling it on an open flame, served on a perfectly toasted bun. Our Angus beef hot dogs are a cut above the rest, grilled to perfection for a satisfying bite every time.
For those who love smoked turkey, ours is brined for two days and then smoked to achieve an exquisite flavor that will keep you coming back for more. And don't forget to try our salt potatoes, a beloved regional dish from Syracuse, New York. These young, bite-sized white potatoes are boiled in a salt brine and smothered in butter, a tradition dating back to the 1800s.
Planning an event? Our food truck is ready to bring the BBQ experience to you! Just ensure there's a 45-foot area for us to park our truck and trailer, and inform us of any small bridges or height restrictions along the route.
