"These reviews are so heart breaking esp. when I purchased two vehicles from Terry! It’s always been great customer service and good cars.. I just purchased a luxury vehicle for way less the blue book value and only had a few minor issues that were resolved. I believe it’s up to the buyer to either improve credit so that you don’t have to deal with “shady dealers” or have a mechanic with you while you’re shopping to try to recognize issues! When you’re purchasing a USED CAR you’re always taking a chance of buying a lemon. We have to do our research and make sure there’s warranty’s in place. Read the fine print and if it’s not what you’re looking for or see fit keep it moving! I know they’ve been around for a while and take pride in their business so I know for a fact Terry will get you right!"

"Very shady place , they are liars.. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this car dealership and I must say, it was the worst car buying experience of my life TWICE. The staff were unhelpful, making me feel like I was bothering them with my questions and issues about the cars they sold to me in bad shape, The cars on the lot were in poor condition and overpriced. And to top it off, they tried to pressure me into buying a car that was not even suitable for my needs. Stay away from this dealership, it's a complete waste of time and money."

"Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. My sister was interested in a car here. Already knowing how sketchy this business is, I told her I wanted to come along. Anyways we get there, we go to look at this 2012 ford escape with 100k miles. Pictures made the car look clean but it is far from that. Keep in mind they wanted $6,000 for this car. They claimed the car is ready set to go, no issues. Well that is far from the truth! Upon further inspection this vehicle needed tons of work. Without visual checking things I noticed the wheel bearings are grinding and humming super loud. Any bump or crack in the road you can hear the sway bar end links clunking away. I get it up to highway speed and step on it a little, the transmission was very delayed and jumpy. Definitely was slipping! We get the car to operating temperature and pull over back at the shop. I thought I mightve smelled burning brakes, but I pop the hood and smoke is pouring out. One if not more belt pulleys were siezed and overheated almost igniting the car in flames. Now that the hood was popped I checked all the fluids, they seemingly were all changed with brand new fluid. The trans smelt perfect and was red. Which didn't make sense because it was slipping. I noticed the engine valve covers were leaking and coolant appeared to be dripping from a hose. I got a little curious and decided to search the vin. I found absolutely 0 repair history of this vehicle, the last time it was registered was 2019. So It probably was sitting on the lot for 5 years. It's the fact they lied and tried to get top dollar out of this car like there was no issues. It truly angers me as a mechanic why someone would do that. Absolutely is sickening. If you are looking for a car at this place, run!!! They're are sketchy low life scumbags! FYI this car is still sitting on the lot the Vin# is 1FMCU0C7CKC20242"
