"We attended the Lakefront concert series in Cooperstown last night. One of the food trucks was Phat Backs so we decided to give it a try. It was phenomenal. Got the Bahn-mi Bowl and the Fuego! Bowl. Both were spectacular. To start. These were not small portions. They will definitely fill you up, and I cannot say enough good things about the flavor profiles of each. The jerked chicken in the Fuego! Bowl really stood out. It was very tender and juicy, not dried out like a lot of jerk chicken tends to be. And the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers that were included with the bowl were just the icing on top of a delicious cake. The big beans that came with both meals were perfect. There were some of the best baked beans I have had ever. I will definitely be going back wherever they set up. Trust me on this I know good food and Phat Backs is definitely worth the trip."
"OMG! Found them is gem at the Muddy River Brewery this past weekend. After a quick review I'd their menu, we ordered. The food was amazing ! BBQ cuban and beans are something to talk about. "This place is awesome. Worth every bit of the price and the guy who owns it, and the one who helps run it are great people. Cuban is always a hard sandwich to master and these guys have it down. Thank you for the conversation and food. The bread is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. The flavors are savory and sweet. Baked beans are savory, little spice and sweet. Honey basil sandwich is tender and perfect combination. So delicious!"
"Amazing food!! Spent some time at a local brewery and these guys were there. The prices are great, the staff is awesome, there are a ton of choices, and you have to try the baked beans! They've got a great kick and a unique flavor that has to be eaten to be believed! Chicken, beef or pork all made to perfection!"
