"Only issue i have had is this summer ,for what ever reason their AC hasn't worked at all this year. Its warm while shopping but not too bad if your in and out I just feel bad for the employees thst have to work in that heat , I myself would be calling higher ups to complain and looking for a better job."
"The new site in Frankfort is really large and laid out with much wider isles. Want very please with assistant manager but hopefully she won't last. It was a refreshing change from the usual over packed stores."
"Its crowded, but has a lot of product. I usually find what I need there. Their prices are good. Not a true dollar store in that most things cost much more than a dollar. It beats going to a much larger store where the checkout lines are longer. And, at the dollar store, you still get a cashier to ring you out! Let's create jobs! Not replace them with self checkers!"
"Seems to be a high rate of staff turn over, still decent service still. They're pretty good about not having you waiting long for them at the counter and opening up second registers when the line begins to get long. Could be stocked more frequently, they are often out of products I want. All in all decent service, decent store."
