Located at 408 Old Liverpool Road in Salina, New York, Sugar Top Bake Shoppe is your go-to destination for delightful baked goods and more. As a small, family-owned bakery, we take pride in offering a wide array of delicious treats, including cakes, cookies, bagels, donuts, pastries, coffee, and much more. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick morning pick-me-up or planning a special celebration, we have something to satisfy every craving.

Our passion for baking extends to creating custom orders for all your special events. From birthdays and showers to weddings and gender reveals, we’re here to help you celebrate any occasion (even if you just need a sweet excuse). Due to high demand, we recommend planning ahead, as we are currently booking custom orders about 5-6 weeks in advance. Please note that August is fully booked, as well as the first two weeks of September. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests for cupcakes, donuts, cookies, and cinnamon rolls, early planning ensures we can meet your needs.

Mark your calendars: the bakery will be closed from October 16th to October 20th, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we take this brief break.

Originally I went in for some sort of cupcake but when I got there and saw the vast options they had available I ended on a Maple Bourban Bacon Cinnamon Roll. It was so freaking delicious! I would definitely come back again when visiting the city!"

"Great little bakery with awesome sweets. First time here, stopped last evening for cinnamon rolls and they were sold out so we bought some cookies and they were great(so big we ate 1/2). Went back this morning to get the rolls and there was a short line. Donuts, carrot cake, cinnamon roll with PB frosting... everything looked great, prices are really reasonable and the staff so friendly."
