"From the moment i walked in to the Chevy dealership at Drivers Village, I was greeted with greatness, and understanding, my salesman was professional, and relaxed all at the same time. He related to me and sold me what i thought was a "decent" but way overpriced car. Now the car market isn't great and he doesn't make the prices of course but you always feel like you're settling in some type of a way when you get a car right? After the sale i was told a day that I could pick up the car and three hours before the pick up I was informed that I had a toll to pay in Massachusetts and unfortunately could not pick up the car. I met with rudeness, and hurry on their end to get the car out of the lot. They wanted me to change my vanity plates even to make me take the car off the lot sooner. The overall experience has been negative. When it finally did become time to pick up the car six days later after having everything in my old car including my decal removed in excitement for the new one, nobody was in the Chevy dealership. Or at least i thought.... I had to physically call the Chevy dealership while sitting in the Chevy dealership to get someone to assist me...... they were "on lunch" in the room behind the counter and when they came out had no clue who i was or what i needed after numerous calls and texts. The list goes on and on but the service team there is not very helpful and doesn't seem in it for ME, the customer. All they wanted was my money.... very disappointed"

"Jim Casey helped me from start to finish in the process of buying my first new vehicle and trading in my truck. I was working on a strict time restraint due to working and attending college fulltime, but he was very understanding and patient with it. The process was smooth from start to finish, and Emily helped me with the paperwork and walking through what was at hand if I had any questions.
