I called them and asked if they could do this for me and they got me in the same day. They even said it was so tight that it would have it go through their shop, but they managed to get me in and out. I appreciated the service I got and would recommend them for this type of service."

"I recently was in an accident that totaled my car. I had to quickly find a new car and was dreading the process. However, Shannon was absolutely AMAZING to work with! She is such a lovely human being with seemingly never ending energy (in the best way possible!). Time and time again she went above and beyond throughout the process. I can’t thank her enough! Marcus was also very helpful in the financing department. He worked quickly and was able to find me a good rate! He is also very knowledgeable about the warranty and insurance options but never came across as pushy. Overall, everybody at Burdick Toyota was so helpful and made me feel as though their goal was to take care of me and get me the best deal possible. I NEVER felt like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me (which is what I was afraid was going to be the case when I realized I needed to start car shopping). Toyota is a great product that can pretty much sell itself, but having a great team to work with made this such a pleasant and fun experience! I would absolutely recommend Burdick Toyota!"

Then given options when cars came in as to color and options on the newly arrived cars. Our salesperson, Shannon, was highly knowledgeable and continues beyond the day of sale. This was our second purchase with Burdick and Shannon in the last year. Great Service Dept as well! We highly recommend this dealer."
