"Would never go back to either this location or the location in Cicero. I made a reservation for an F-150 and when I arrived to the north Syracuse location, not only did they not have the truck, (what’s the point of reserving it if you’re going to give it to someone else) they made me drive all the way to Cicero. Which I did. Once I arrived there they informed me there, not on the phone when reserving the truck, that I would need a CREDIT card. So here I am, a business owner who has an extremely busy schedule, being told I cannot use my business debit card to get this vehicle. In my opinion this was a lack of communication on THEIR end. Not mine. They should have made this right for an unhappy customer. Much like I would have done if it were my customer. But instead, was told, there’s nothing we can do. Awesome. I’ve taken hours out of my day to schedule all of this and now I’m scrambling to find another place to do business with so I can have a truck to get to work with. Unorganized, unprofessional and just flat out deserving of this 1 star review. If I could have given them 0 stars for wasting my time I would have. Do better enterprise. Side note: they don’t answer their phone when you call as well."

"Best Enterprise Rental Car experience after using Enterprise 10+ years wuz here at Cicero. We are on a boat going through the Erie Canal heading to Canada for the summer. Reserved a car a month B4 our arrival and I called to inquire about pickup service. Parker said no problem just call the day before and I was shocked. So many Enterprise locations will say oh we don't do that or we don't have staff to do pickup/dropoff.....which piss me off as that is a big selling/advertising point for Enterprise. Day B4 our arrival I called and got Parker again, he said no problem will see you tomorrow morning first thing. Sure enough Matt came and got me, found us in the Marina and boom I had a car for two days. Needed to rotate crew in/out at local airport, re-provision and visit Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse before returning the car. It all worked out perfect and I will rent here again for sure. To all the Great Loopers on boats rent a car here they do a great job!!!!!"

"Great service! Thank you so much All of Enterprise for just existing. I needed a vehicle fast. My truck is getting worked on and I had to get to another state to help my eldest. Y’all were amazing. I don’t remember the First Gentleman’s name that helped pick out the vehicle but when I dropped it off William was very helpful and kind. Keep smiling yall ~ thank you again"

"Rented a 15 passenger van in July for a family vacation. It was a horrible experience. The vehicle had no arm rests, they were all broken, no door handles to pull when shutting the main doors, couldn’t see the radio as the screen was shattered. The first morning we went to get in the van and it was full of maggot’s. This happened every day. There was fluids leaking from under the front passenger seat that smelled and looked like vomit. I called and spoke to the 800 number for Enterprise 3 times during our week and never had a call back. I’ve left messages for the local office, no luck there either. We could not exchange it for another as there were none available. Worst experience, worst customer service."

"What a story! We booked a reservation at around 9:40 am for 10 pm we arrived 10 minutes after 10 and were at first told how they didnt have any cars, despite the system giving us a confirmed reservation only a half hour prior? im literally looking at a lot full of cars that they own. They said they were going over to some firestone lot to grab an upgrade. They did the usually attempt to make a $22 car into a $75 rental but we rejected it. Another thing that bothered me is we had added the $9 insurance on booking the car, so why are we choosing it again? What is the point of making me do it prior, if its not going to register? But these would be only slightly annoyances. What followed was a Trainwreck of Starbucks level. We're told its only going to take a few minutes to prep the car. its being prepped right then, we were even told "momentarily", within minutes, any second now. we had explained we were getting passengers from the airport and they were waiting for us. We waited and waited. 20 minutes later two guys pull up with the car, get out and the one guy goes " I just want to make sure the trunk shuts" im like, huh? i look at the trunk and its not even one side high, another sunk in, this car has been in an accident. She comes out and i point out the car is NOT WASHED. Its very dusty on the outside, like its been sitting for days. I ask has this car been in an accident? she says "i see it has quite a few issues mentioned." I say the car hasnt been washed, or vacuumed to which she says well you rushed us. this is when she says "I'm not comfortable renting to you anymore." I'm astounded at the sheer arrogance of that statement! I said to her, you better be the CEO's daughter or something, or I think you should start looking in the classifieds. Lets see what have I forgot. Oh yeah, we were the only customers the entire 45 minutes, and at least 5 employees all sitting around couldnt get one measily car gone. If Enterprise goes under youll know the reason why. the photos are of the trunk being uneven, the back window covered in dust, the passenger seat with easily visable dirt on the seat. thanks for sparing me whatever scam you were trying to perpatrate on us by renting us this damaged and filthy car. BTW Enterprise Corperate, dont even try to compensate me to get this review amended or taken down. We went to a rival car rental and were down the road literally 10 minutes after arriving at the desk. I should point out we told the woman we had a nightmare at enterprise and she said "Circle drive?" yes, "theyre constantly being complained about." 8 said dont worry im not keeping this to myself, im telling the world."
