"This is the worst budget location. The front counter who is supposed to have customer service walked out in the middle of a conversation and threw his hands up and said I'll just cancel it. They wanted me to take a dirty rental Dodge Durango when I was supposed to have a jeep wrangler. When I mentioned the jeep Cherokee as an option was told it was ready, well neither was the rental you gave me. I think spoke to Steve Oniell the store manager who could care less and I try to explain the entire situation but his only response was "noted, I am off today so I'll fix it monday". This is my one weekend off and I can't go answer because I have to wait for you to fix the problem. Then the representative in the store states I can't cancel it because you prepaid, also I am working by myself. Even if you are working by yourself, customer service should not change or go out the window. I then call customer service because now I don't have a rental at all just to get to a supervisor Ranu, who cannot even get in contact with s manager because they only contact via email just to find out that all the representatives including himself lied about when I get my money back. Is it ,1 day, 5 days or 7-10 days. No one knows the answer.If this is how budget represents itself then I will go to enterprise. I would never recommend coming here even if your life depends it. The store representative might just walk away."

I have never had a group of people so willing to go above and beyond to help me out between getting stuck in a snowstorm and my credit card messing up this is by far the best car rental place I have ever been... If I ever need a car anywhere within a 2-hour drive from here it will always be through this store"
