"No good experience to date.Had to use them for my home warranty company. Work not complete and they will not return phone calls. I am in Ohio and am at the mercy of my warranty company. I have not air conditioning for over 3 weeks and soon I will have no heat if they don't get on the ball."

When other HVAC companies wouldn't even return my calls, Sicilia made time to come out to my house the next morning, diagnose the problem quickly, reach out to the home warranty company and get me scheduled for a heating system replacement right away. Austin and Matt were very professional. I was pleased to see that they had taken the time to cover my carpets and perform a full clean-up when they were finished.
