"After trying multiple shops and parts stores trying to figure out the issue with my head lights, this Midas not only quickly diagnosed the issue but had it working immediately. The wait was a little long because they were fully busy and I understand why, they had the BEST Customer service, Mike the Customer service associate was incredible and personable. The crew men were very knowledgeable and proficient as well as personable. They let me look at the issue and how they fixed it and while I was in the shop I noticed they have a nice fish tank back there and I thought it was a nice personal touch ! The coffee was hot and fresh and the waiting area clean and the seats comfy ! I am driving 30 mins to this location for everything from now on, 5/5 star !"

"The GM, Mike, and his team went above and beyond for me this morning. My parents and brother previously recommended this service center to me, but today was my first visit. I discovered a screw in my tire and had just enough tire pressure left to safely make it to Midas. Mike had my truck on the lift within two minutes of arriving at Midas. Mike and his team inspected my damaged tire and advised that, due to the screw being embedded in the sidewall, the tire could not be repaired and must be replaced. Although Midas did not have the exact tire I needed in stock, Mike located a matching tire at a nearby supplier. Rather than waiting for the tire to be delivered like all service centers would do, Mike personally drove to the supplier to pick up the tire. Mike's team mounted and balanced the new tire, then performed a tire rotation, an alignment, a safety inspection, and had me back on the road in no time. Mike and his team are the real deal; they are professional, experienced, honest, and treated me like a family member or best friend. The service center and customer waiting area is clean and tidy, and Mike even insisted that he make me a fresh pot of coffee. Mike and his team have earned a lifelong customer!"
