Reviews
"The food is exceptional. Best ramen I’ve ever had. My husband agrees. Generous portions and great ratio of everything. The sauces are excellent as well. The lady who was there who I’m guessing is owner was so helpful and nice. Giving 5/5 stars for the above."
"Hi this is my first experience with this local spot in sayville the owner who I assume is Doris by reading the comments was the first face I saw when walking in and was extremely friendly and showed me the menu. She was keen to go through the menu for me and told me what popular opinions were about combos. I had the Yaki Soba which is a thin noodle with chicken teriyaki, broccoli and avocado it came out fantastic. The noodles were great with getting teriyaki sometimes it’s over powering but this place has nailed its taste and quantity of the sauce it was not to much at all. Veggies were fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this place they are getting a five star review because the food was great and the service was outstanding for this ever changing world we live in."
"The Bao buns are amazing! Like little sandwiches. The gyoza are perfectly cooked also. Decided to try something new and different and now I crave them. These are the bulgogi Beef, crispy chicken and crispy tofu"
"Disclaimer: I was eating late and therefore starving, so my review might be a little biased. I will update this review in a future visit… but WOW, why haven’t I tried it sooner? I had the Bulgogi Beef Bao Buns which was the absolutely perfect first bite on an empty stomach. Really loved those. Next came the Pork gyoza which were perfectly crispy on the bottom with fresh, subtle flavor inside… delicious. Last was the shrimp tempura which remained crispy the ride home even anfter having to wait after unpacking groceries… very light and flavorful and they were the perfect ending. For the meal, it was easy to give it five stars since I really enjoyed all three dishes. I gave it five stars for atmosphere and service despite it being primarily a take out restaurant simply because the host was so kind and helpful with the menu. I had a wonderful dinner that cost less than I would’ve expected, and that was so well prepared with thought and care. I’ll definitely go there again. Update: 5/23/2024 This time I tried the Spicy Pork Bao Bun in addition to the Bulgogi Beef. Once again both were delicious, and the Spicy Pork had just enough heat… not so much to overpower the flavor. The pork was sliced thin and tender. Another wonderful meal. Next time I plan to try the chicken teriyaki bao bun and ramen. Thank you!"
"I got the pork gyoza and the vegetable fried rice with baby bok Choi and shrimp. Both were delicious. The gyoza were paper thin and crispy on the bottom with a great lemon soy dip and the fried rice was clean, fragrant , and delicate. So so good! I will definitely go back. Super friendly staff too. Really nice experience:). Thank you!"
