"I had a frustrating experience with their “management” team. The ball kept getting stuck in their machine, and it took over 10 minutes each time to get assistance. Ridiculous explanations like "ball is too light" (it's 14lbs) and “same ball keeps getting stuck” (3 different balls got stuck) were given. Blaming the customer is outrageous when their outdated equipment seems to be the real issue here. Unprofessional and poor customer service."
"I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I have ever had at a bowling alley. I bring my own ball and shoes. The lanes had no oil on them, the equipment kept malfunctioning, not returning my ball. The staff was slow to our requests and very rude. Especially the general manager Kate."

"This 0lace was great! The 0lace was clean and the customer service was incredible. The manager walked around and spoke to everybody asking if they needed anything and he was super friendly. We spent 2 hours here with 4 kids and 3 adults. So worth it."
"My son’s school had a field trip here and it was well organized. By the time we got there the names were already waiting on the screen everything was well organized. The kids began to play immediately. They had a blast."
