"Maybe because I work in healthcare and COVID is on the rise but I had to throw out my drink after staff coughed on it. Customer service was below average. I worked at Dunkin right after high school and service down the drain now. Need more training for staff on how to handle customer food. For example staff finger touching the wrip cream while adding it in my coffee! Trash!! I didn't even want a new one. Disgusted"
"The staff in the morning when I go for my breakfast croissant are courteous and efficient . The problem is my request for well done bacon which tends to take 3 tries before its not some rubbery undercooked thing on my sandwich."

"The coffee I get here is usually pretty good, not hard to be bad. However, the bagels here are always stale and hard and it kind of sucks when I'm in a rush on lunch break at work and get stuck with a cruddy bagel. Plenty of other Dunkin's give nice soft fresh bagels."
"Nice staff and open spaced DD. Has ample seating and a currency exchange/atm/lottery on site. They lost a star because the cashier didn't know how to enter the promotion for free bagel. After calling the manager at home, that person argued that you had to buy 2 to get the third free. Which was just not correct. Other than the fact that they weren't aware of a national promotion, overall a pleasant visit. And the cashier was very pleasant to talk to!"
