"WOW....What can I say but DEEEEElicious. I hired George to cater food for my daughter's "Engagement" party. I ordered 16 trays and each were prepared for me perfectly to simply heat up before serving. My guests (100 persons) raved all night about the great food. Especially the Chicken ALLA Vodka and the Eggplant Rollatini. The appetizers consisting of Crabcakes; Chicken Kebobs and Pulled Chicken Sliders, were awesome and plentiful.
