Very Caffeinated:

"Waited 10 minutes in the drive through at the window. I was the only car there, just to receive fries without any salt at all and half my order wrong. Not to mention the rest of the food quality was terrible. I’d understand if it was busy but it was the opposite. Not sure how any of this was possible."

"Refused my order? I placed an order at 11:45 p.m., doubled checked that they were open until 2 am. I arrived at 12 to find out my order was marked as completed? No one answered the speaker for a few minutes. Drove to the window to see a lady counting the drawer. She opened the window and said they were closed, I told her I had an order to pick up, she repeated that they were closing early at 12 tonight. She refused to make the order or issue a refund, even though I had PAID for it already and it was marked as completed. Is this illegal? I have worked in food service, if they planned to close early should they have turned off app ordering while starting to clean?(30 minutes min prior to early close?) She was the assistant manager according to her nametag, Evelyn."
