"I placed a pickup order today for a loaf of tomato basil bread. It is a very popular flavor, so I was surprised it was still in stock on a Sunday afternoon. The very kind and helpful employee, Zach, called to inform me that unfortunately they had cut all of their loaves of this flavor. However, he had called and found an uncut loaf at a nearby location, and asked them to set it aside for me. This, in my opinion, was going above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help! I will be back."

"I'd love to know the logistics behind you guys not putting butter on a toasted bagel on a to go order. Ordered 2 toasted bagels with butter and the butter is in little containers in the bag. Makes zero sense to me. So now i have 2 cold bagels that I have to reheat to butter myself. Oh, and the pizza sucks"
"I haven't been to Panera in years. I decided to give it another try. I ordered the pick 2, when I opened my sandwich, this is all of the meat in my sandwich. I complained and I was told that they weigh the meat and that's all that I was entitled to. For $15 I could have had 3 sandwiches with meat and vegetables from Subway. I guess I chose wrong for dinner. Very disappointed and feel like I was ripped off."
