"Went here today and got nervous with reviews (I haven’t been here in years because I moved ) but i don’t know why they have them this sandwich was so good. I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted a basic salami and provolone hero and chips and it was perfect !"
"Very disappointed in Homerun Hero’s. The sandwiches had barely any mayo. The Sammy had no gravy and barely mozzarella, don’t even think it was garlic bread. It was very dry. The meatball Parm hero had barely any mozzarella or sauce. This is not the sandwiches we used to get."
"Great food!!!! My 11yr old son and teenage daughter loved their sandwiches, which were the Judge and the Mick. I got their classic the Yogi Italian hero and it was AMAZING!!!! Bread was just a little bit stale but it was still soft and enjoyable. Other than that, the food was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this hero shop."
"I was here 02/04/2024. I bought one italian sub and a platter of chicken tenders and fries. Their Italian sub was perfect, had just the right amount of salt pepper, oil vinegar and meats but could use more tomato and cheese. Chicken tenders and fries were slightly over cooked but I will not complain because it tasted great. Overall, you are getting good value for the cost than most sandwich places and the food isn’t too shabby. As for the atmosphere, this place was in much worse condition the last time I came which was 2022. This time, there was new construction and the place looked way better and cared for. The owners are turning it around!"
"So disappointed. We use to love Homerun hero’s but the lack of meat on these sandwiches should be embarrassing to them. Over $21 for these two hero’s (ham and Swiss and Italian hero) The price is ok if there was anything on the sandwich. I don’t even like an overstuffed sandwich but this is ridiculous. Used to be our go to hero shop. Won’t be going back,"
