"I've lived in this area for a long time and always wanted to try Polo Rico but never did. Boy I could have had a lot of great meals! Went from my 60th birthday with my wife and two adult kids. The drinks are strong and spectacular. The food was phenomenal. They treated me so well on my 60th birthday. Go to this place. I love it?"

"Ordered through Uber and called when my order came incorrect. I ordered a quesadilla and I noted for the chicken and veggies to be removed only cheese. When I got my food the quesadilla in question had chicken on it and was sitting in a pool of water/oil. I didn’t even get to ask if I could come get a new one when the worker who answered repeatedly told me that I was wrong. I went over the receipt that Pollo Rico attaches to their bags for delivery that it was noted no chicken or veggies. He said no no no and repeated that isn’t what was on the order. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years and love their food and the service is normally superb. I will no longer recommend people to head there for a meal after visiting my work establishment down the road. They will no longer get my hard earned money either."

"Lunch for the 4 of us. No wait, nice table. All of our orders were perfect. Presented nicely and prepared correctly. Never felt rushed and our waitress was very nice as well. Chicken and rice, fries chicken, raspberry chicken and quesadilla... Everything was delicious"

"This Latin restaurant is very good. The ambiance is very homey. The bathroom is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They do parties and they also separate an area in the room for your guest to feel special and intimate. The seats could use some more cushion. The food is always amazing, as you can see. The sauces where very well made and unique in taste. I have no complaints about the food or restaurant. My only concern is when you get service you expect to feel like the only people in the restaurant. I used to be a server at a fridays and I made sure my patrons always felt like they had everything they wanted and needed to their expectation as best to my ability as possible. On this day I didn't really feel like that. It took my waiter way to long to come to my table to serve me. I'm not an expert but my opinion is they need to pay just a little more attention to the customers no matter the day, how many or the attitude they come with. I'm the quiet type I dont say nothing unless need be. Overall I rate this place the way i did because i feel like it deserves to be graded as a hole and not held accountable for one persons failure to produce good service. That's just a training course away from perfect. Great place to enjoy a Latin home cooked meal and taste different cuisines and there wonderful flavorful dishes. Great at plating as well. Love this place. Give it try and give your experience. Come hungry because the portions are filling."
