"Horrific experience with the owner. They got 3 of 4 items ordered wrong. I called and explained and they told me to return providing my name. I am a regular customer for years . Upon providing my name the owner began berating me saying he examined cameras and they got my order right with the exception of 2 items but coffee was made correct . He was yelling at me and would not allow me to explain they got it wrong despite what he sees on camera. The taste was off completely . I got so upset I told him to just charge me for the order so I could leave and he still persisted to yell. I have never experienced this ever . Very bizarre and they lost my whole family of customers. I will never return . I am glad to see the owner likes to treat his customers so poorly when the drive thi appearance had old water leaking onto cars from the gutters and bees flying around. I always came here despite that because the staff are so nice . I hope the owner realizes you can’t treat people this way"
