"WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH GOT THE APPLE PECAN SALAD AND COBB SALAD MISSING THE DRESSINGS AND PECANS ALSO WHATEVER WAS TO GO WITH THE COBB SALAD. DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT WAS LAZY . THEY ARE USUALLY BETTER !!"
"This place is alright. A lot of times they forget to put ranch on the sandwich instead of mayo when specifically asked that. Simple request but they screw it up a lot. Also, they speak to you too fast when you're trying to order. Whenever you order a biggie bag they just cut you off before you can give them your specific order requests. They always just jump straight to "what drink" and "what sauce with that" instead of asking you 1) what size would you like, 2) listen if the person wants to make changes to their order then 3) ask about the drink and the sauce last. They need a new training program honestly. It's very rude by nature. Other than that... What else is there to say... Its Wendy's... Still better than McDonalds. or Burger King."
"I went through the drive through and they kept interrupting me and then started laughing about it. I used to like this place but management needs to do a better job."
"Employee apologized as he handed me the bag. I assumed it was due to the moderate wait which wasn’t an issue. Turns out it must have been because he knew not a single item in the bag was what I ordered. Why am I paying for items I never received? That is theft"
"Two out of three meals in our order were wrong. They wrapped the meals to go although they were "eat in orders". Forgot the unsweetened tea, had to request it again. Both wrong sandwiches were dry. Hardly any ranch dressing on it.There were spicey fried onion bits in them instead of bacon. Don't know what we got but it wasn't the Right sandwich."
