Buffalo Wild Wings

"Every time I come here the fries are cold. The most recent time there was a hair in the wings. This was an hour ago (Saturday July 27th at about 12:45) the craziest part about it is I’ve tried to get a job here and they said they had no open positions. Despite having very low tier cooks. How hard is it to put wings and fries into a fryer… it really does not get much easier… the last 4 or 5 times I’ve ordered the fries have been cold. I always show up within 5 minutes of placing my order and it’s always ready despite having the employee over the phone say about 10 minutes. Do you know how long the hold time on these fries are? Your cooks certainly don’t, I do having never worked for a Buffalo Wild Wings in my life. But they have no open positions. Pathetic. I’ll order from Applebees from now on. Not even gonna waste my time to call and get new sub par food the same cook will have made. The other staff are cool tho I guess?"

"Ate here for the first time, the food was great but the service was not. The waiter was rude to my family (apologizing when things went wrong, but in a condescending way) and was too preoccupied with cleaning rather than taking care of customers. My dad ordered the all you can eat wings and fries but it took about a half hour to come out each time. When my dad asked what was taking so long, he told us that they are trying to clean the kitchen and that was why his food was so delayed. His fries also came out cold after almost a half hour of waiting for them. The manager was very nice and offered solutions at the end of the night but I overall would not recommend eating here. They should be more focused on the customers and making their food, not cleaning."

"All i can say is this place is on a downward slope and I don't see it going up anytime soon. To start it's some of the worst, driest buffalo chicken you can get. I'm nearly never satisfied even on Thursdays. The service is usually long and slow due to low staff counts. The only positive thing is the food that's not chicken is pretty good, such as the burgers. Other than that, it is just a bland boring restaurant that left its prime back in 2015."

"My order just arrived. I opened the bags of celery to give it a light rinse and this is what I got. Seriously? If I give this to the manager there, would he/she eat them?"

"This was a fairly good experience! Walked in for a sit-down lunch towards around 3:00pm, And was sat down quickly and the server I had was super nice, and made sure everything came out quickly, and pretty quickly. Nothing crazy about the food. We’ve all had Buffalo Wild Wings, So I won’t speak primarily on the food, But mainly the service was super nice, and the atmosphere was to be as expected: The only thing I can say about this location is that, it’ just seemed more dead? Like- Nobody really seemed happy to be there."
