"This store needs better customer service. Besides that it's just like any other fast food restaurant."
"The workers as well as management isn't customer friendly. I greeted the cashier only to not receive a response. But yet the next customer was greeted with a friendly "Hello", after realizing I was given the wrong receipt for my order. Cashier "apologize"( to late). When order was completed. I felt as though the server. Threw the bag at me turned around and continue her conversation. Yes I stated how "Rude". Both "Ladies" were. There use to be a very nice "Superior". There, I haven't seen her in quite some time. Workers then we're friendly and on point. These new managers as well as workers don't seem to care about " Customer services" more interested in carrying on a meaningless conversation amongest themselves in my opinion has nothing to do with "work".then serving the customer. . This Popeyes was my go to place ( on the day's I don't feel like cooking) and being. I live a block away. ..I WILL NO LONGER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT ". VERY DISAPPOINTED."

"Ordered 6 piece wings and a chicken sandwich on Uber eats. Did not receive my chicken sandwich and called numerous times but no one picks up. I also ordered coca-cola but received ice tea instead."
"If I can give 0 start I do this manager from that store is a disrespectful person she is screaming to me when I asked her I make a mistake on my order to please if she can help me with what I want n I would pay the difference she said she can't do nothing because I place the order on the app Come on why they make the app why they have a manager to treat n respect others no to insult n take extra money for me no register on the register ...I park my car n asked her why I pay 12.20 just for regular 6 wings n 2 sides of sauce that's other issue I order 6 wings sweet n spicy n all the popeye the mix the sauce in a black container n she place the wing in a regular container n though the sauce separe ...I worked hard n my money is money why she treat people lik that just because I'm Hispanic I work with people everyday and I never never treat people the way she did ...she start arguments in front all the customer like I was stealing something I was in my right to asked for my money"
